Mrs. Jugnu Joshi, Act. Head Mistress of Smt. Surajba Vidya Mandir (Govt. Aided), Mumbai. Having Thirty-Three years of experience in the field of Education.

Achievements:-

1. Recorded English poems of grade I to grade IV for Brihan Mumbai Municipal Corporation as Language Development Project and an album of Meera Bhajans.
2. Approved Ph.D. Guide of JJT University and Dr. K.N.Modi University.
3. Conducted training programs and workshops for school teachers and principals as well as lectures on effective communication for students of M.B.A., University of Mumbai.
4. Attended several training programs organized by the Government of Maharashtra and has visited Singapore for study tour in the year 2016 organized by Government of Maharashtra.
5. Presented paper at international conference in Sri-Lanka in the year 2016.
6. Publications include Gift of Life- Series of Value Education for std V to std X (6 books) and a book on “Pedagogy-An approach towards writing skill”.
7. Appointed as member in Board of Studies, Lekhan committee for History subject under Government of Maharashtra from grade Vl to grade X .
8. Chief editor of ‘Prerna’ an interschool science magazine of the Education Department.
9. An Assessor for Shala Siddhi under Government of Maharashtra.
10. Mentor of ELISS ( English Language Initiative for Secondary Shikshan Abhiyan).Schools) under British Council and RMSA (Rashtriya Madhyamik Shikshan Abhiyan).
11. State Level Resource person of CHESS (Continuous Help to English Teachers of Secondary Schools) organized by Government of Maharashtra.

B.Ed., M.A. in History, M.Ed. from University of Mumbai, M.B.A.(H.R.), Diploma in School Management, Diploma in Mass communication and journalism from Yashwantrao Chavhan Muktvidyapeet Open University (YCMOU), Diploma in Educational Leadership from The State University of West Georgia and MSCIT from Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education. Awarded Ph.D. in Education by Department of Education, University of Mumbai in 2001.
